To qualify for a full refund or exchange, returned items must satisfy the following conditions:

• Original Condition: The garment must be completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of perfume, makeup, or jewelry snag marks.
• Tags & Authenticity Badges: All original brand tags, Silk Mark labels, and tamper-proof security ribbons must remain intact and attached.
• Packaging: The garment must be placed back in its protective muslin cover and royal gift box.

Complimentary Alteration Promise: We provide Free Lifetime Alteration Support on all custom-stitched orders to ensure a regal and flattering fit.

We offer Free Reverse Pickup across 19,000+ pin codes in India via BlueDart, Delhivery, and DTDC Express. Once your request is registered, our courier partner will collect the securely packed parcel directly from your doorstep within 24 to 48 hours.

Once your returned item arrives at our atelier and passes quality inspection:

• Prepaid Orders (UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards): Refund is credited directly to the original payment source within 3 to 5 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund is transferred via instant NEFT / UPI to your designated bank account upon verification.
• Store Credit Option: You may also opt for a Veer Mahalaxmi Royal Store Gift Card with an additional 5% bonus credit, valid for 1 year.

We provide one complimentary exchange per order. If you wish to exchange for an alternate size, color, or a different masterpiece of equal or higher value, our styling team will dispatch your replacement immediately upon receiving the reverse parcel.

Every Veer Mahalaxmi creation undergoes a strict 12-point quality check before dispatch. However, in the rare event that a parcel arrives damaged in transit or defective, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photographs. We will arrange an immediate priority replacement or 100% full refund with zero questions asked.

For international orders shipped outside India, patrons may return eligible unstitched items within 7 days of receipt. Due to international customs regulations, the customer is responsible for shipping the parcel back to our Pune atelier (PMR Enterprises, Veer mahalaxmi, Behind Indian Petrol pump GAT NO.223 A/P HARISHCHANDRI, Kapurhole TAL BHOR DIST PUNE - 412205). Any original customs tariffs or local duties are non-refundable.
