Our handloom sarees, lehengas, and silk garments are authentic, handcrafted works of art created on wooden pit-looms by traditional weavers. Due to the nature of authentic handcrafting:

• Minor slubs, weave knots, natural silk irregularities, and subtle variations in zari sheen are natural hallmarks of authentic handloom silk, not defects.
• We strive to photograph products in calibrated studio lighting to render exact color tones; however, slight shade variations may occur due to device screen settings.

All prices displayed on the website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Official tax invoices are generated automatically with each order.

We reserve the right to revise pricing or rectify typographical errors at any time prior to order dispatch.

When selecting custom blouse stitching or made-to-measure bridal lehenga customizations:

• Garments are tailored strictly according to the specific measurements and neckline choices submitted by the customer.
• Customized and stitched garments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once tailoring has commenced.
• Veer Mahalaxmi provides complimentary alteration support to ensure an impeccable fit.

We ship domestically across India and internationally worldwide via premium couriers. For international shipments outside India, any local customs duties, VAT, or import tariffs imposed by the destination country’s customs authority are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Unstitched and standard ready-to-wear garments are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided all original tags, Silk Mark labels, and packaging remain undamaged and intact. Products showing signs of wear, perfume odor, or alterations by third-party tailors will not be accepted.

All content, including brand names, the Veer Mahalaxmi royal crest logo, garment designs, high-resolution photography, text, graphics, and video materials, are the exclusive intellectual property of Veer Mahalaxmi Luxury Retail Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
